DELIVERY
The delivery time for products may vary according to the delivery region. The calculation of shipping and delivery time can be simulated after adding the products of interest to the shopping cart and clicking on CALCULATE SHIPPING VALUE AND DELIVERY TIME.

If you prefer, you can also access the field accompany your order, after logging in and password on the site. the delivery period takes effect after confirmation of payment of your order and approval of the same by the financial institution.

ORDER AND DELIVERY FOLLOW-UP
To find out the status of your purchase and delivery order, you can access the My Orders field, within your profile, after logging in. Just click on the order number to see the details of your purchase.
You will also receive all major delivery statuses by email, so you can schedule your receipt.
Attention: To change delivery address details after placing your order, contact Fedex support.
We do not work with delivery scheduling.

MY PRODUCT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET
Before contacting our Customer Service, check all the possibilities described below:
Confirm delivery date: You can always review the stipulated delivery time by logging in on the site.

Confirm address data: Confirm the data entered for the delivery address after logging in.
Payment: Check also if your order has been approved and if your payment has already been confirmed by the financial institution (bank or card operator).

Absence of a recipient: Check the status of your order to see if any delivery attempts have been made. It is important to note that it is essential to have a person present for product verification, receipt and signature. Our carriers make up to 2 (two) delivery attempts at the given address. If delivery is not made, your product will return to our Distribution Center and you will be notified, at the risk of having your order canceled.
